COST STRUCTURE

Haven PT does not accept insurance payments. Insurance companies have continued to reduce reimbursement for PT services over the years making it much more challenging to sustain the quality of care that patients deserve. Decreased reimbursement has driven higher volumes in the majority of outpatient orthopedic practices.

Higher volumes=decreased one on one time with your physical therapist=increased number of visits necessary to address the condition=poorer outcomes.

Remaining independent allows us to maximize our time with patients so that we can keep patient volume minimal and thus maximize our outcomes. 

For these reasons we have chosen to remain an "Out of Network" practice. That being said you will have the opportunity to submit your payments to your existing insurance company for reimbursement. Some companies will reimburse you for your PT expenses depending upon your plan but that will be entirely up to your particular insurance company and plan. 

We accept Cash, Check, HSA and FSA accounts, Paypal, Venmo, and all major credit cards (including Chip and Apple Pay)
